Carefully review the APPLICATION GUIDELINES on the APPLY WAIT LIST 2026 page before completing this application.  Incomplete applications will not be juried.

• All required fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.
• Photos must be fully uploaded for your application to submit (a file name should appear next to the "Choose File" upload button.)
• Review your information carefully! All fields must be completed, including business/contact details, email, social/website URLs, and photos.
• When your application is successfully submitted, all fields will disappear and a confirmation screen will appear.

Next steps:
1) Click the SUBMIT button only ONCE. Please be patient and do not close this screen until a confirmation page appears. If all items are uploaded correctly, submission should take less than one minute.

2) No Confirmation Screen? Check for an error message below the Submit Button. Scroll up to find missing fields (outlined in red).
​Ensure photos are attached. Large image files are a common issue -- resize them, re-upload, and submit again.

    SOCIAL MEDIA & ARTISAN PROMOTION:

    The Mother of all Craft Shows extensively promotes the event and participating artisans across multiple advertising, marketing and social media platforms.
    Applicants must have at least one ACTIVE social media account (Facebook and/or Instagram) and regularly engage in self- and cross-promotions of the event. Selected artisans are required to actively support promotion by liking/following The Mother of all Craft Shows, sharing provided promotional graphics weekly, and inviting their followers to the official Facebook event listing to help increase awareness of their participation.
    PRODUCT IMAGE SUBMISSIONS: 
    Creative, high-quality, clear, and in-focus photos are an essential part of your application and are used to promote your work at the show.

    Please upload your best and most current product photos.
    • Maximum file size: 20MB per image
    • Accepted formats: PNG or JPG
    • No thumbnails or collage images!
