ELIGIBILITY
All products must be designed and handmade by you, the artisan, visual artist, craftsperson or small cottage industry business.
Products made from kits, MLM/DS, third party, imported, wholesale, or commercially manufactured resale items will not be accepted.
Copyright-infringing products are not permitted.
Artisans must be of legal age.

CURATION PROCESS
Applications are juried and curated based on originality, quality, and craftsmanship.
Applicants focusing on one primary product category may be given preference over those offering multiple product lines.
Category limits are enforced to prevent over-saturation -- accepted artisans must remain within their approved product category.

Only complete applications will be considered and must include 3 product images & 1 display image.
Be sure to submit all requirements by the submission deadline to be included in the curation process.
Please note: We regret having to turn away creative talent due to limited category space or incomplete submissions.

PRODUCT CATEGORIES
Select your main product category and provide a list of items you plan to sell.
Additional product lines may be listed separately, but due to category caps,  only one product line may be accepted (as can product lines be excluded) - if it best fills based gaps in the show.

YOUR BRAND STATEMENT
Submit a fresh, current artisan bio (100 words, one to two sentences max) focused on your brand & product statement for promotion.
Tell us:
• What makes your brand and products unique
• Why customers should want them
• Product benefits and relevance - how they stand out!

PRODUCT IMAGES
Submit photos of NEW & CURRENT 2026 COLLECTIONS only.
Images must be clear, crisp, in focus, and attention-grabbing, representing what you intend to sell.
Guidelines:
• Consistent, uncluttered backgrounds
• Close-up product images preferred
• No collages

Artisans (or approved colleague) to be present for the full show.
Shared spaces are not permitted.

IF ACCEPTED
Accepted applicants will be emailed a show contract once a space has become available in their product category.
Signed contracts and etransfer payment would be due by the date indicated in order to secure your space.
Failure to meet the deadline will result in loss of space, which will be offered to the next artisan on the waitlist.

(Note: previous participation does not guarantee acceptance as each show is curated as a new event.)

LIABILITY & PUBLIC HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
All artisans must carry minimum $2M liability insurance and provide proof of such (many use Duuo, or contact their personal brokers.)
Food vendors are required to submit necessary public health documentation to ensure consumables comply with health/safety regulations.
