This is an on-line application process and we're looking for artisans who push the
boundaries of craft and design, creating that "WOW" factor in all artistic mediums including edibles!


ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

ELIGIBILITY:
All items offered for sale must be created by YOU, the artist, artisan or craftsperson.  Any items derived from kit work, wholesale or commercially purchased/manufactured products or, items that are in direct conflict with copyright infringement, will not be allowed.  The artisan/craftsperson must be in attendance the day of the show.


SELECTION:
APPLICATIONS ARE JURIED and CURATED based on the originality, quality and craftmanship of the product you intend to sell.
Applicants who focus on one main product category may receive preference over applicants having multiple product lines.  
Limits are imposed in categories to make for a varied and diverse show.  Applicants not selected will be placed on the show's wait list.
Accepted exhibitors are required to submit a raffle prize and 3 smaller game prizes to benefit our charity partner in accordance with
The Mother of all Craft Shows guidelines.

PHOTOGRAPHS:
Quality photo's are an important part of the application.
In order for your application to be juried, we require a submission of ​*5 
digital images of your work, clearly identified with company/item name, representing the "current" range of work that you intend to sell at the show.  It is highly recommended that items be photographed individually with a white or wood background and not as a grouping PLUS *1 image of your display set-up.
*NOTE: JPG photo format - 300 dpi - not smaller than 1500 pixels and not larger than 4000 pixels in dimension -- no thumbnail photos!


PRESENTATION:
The professionalism and creativity of your booth display is a consideration in our applicant selection and helps to determine booth placement
in the show.


SOCIAL MEDIA AND ARTISAN PROMOTION:

The Mother of all Craft Shows extensively advertises and promotes the show on social media.  We require our artisans to share the love of handmade by spreading the word with regular sharing of posts on their social media sites and to invite guests to this public event, including other marketing platforms.  This helps build a stronger public relations campaign and lets your family, friends and fans "be-in-the-know" of your attendance at the show.

IMPORTANT:
To keep the show fresh and unique, previous participation in any of our WeCreate artisan events (The Mother of all Craft Shows or Mistletoe Magic) does not guarantee or imply acceptance in to the current The Mother of all Craft Shows.
Each show is juried and curated as a NEW SHOW due to the large number of submissions received.  Indoor and porch spaces are very limited. 

Exhibitors are required to submit an item for raffle and game prizes in accordance with The Mother of all Craft Shows guidelines.
Artisans are responsible for applicable permits, product labels, health and safety designations, sales and tax collection, liability and property insurance. 
Only complete applications, including current photos, will be considered, even if you have participated in our past shows.
Please send all info by the submission deadline for your application to be included in the jurying process.


EXHIBIT FEES:
INDOOR:  $85.00 (6 ft. x 3 ft. table space*)
 PORCH:  $85.00 (6 ft. x 3 ft. table space*)
     TENT:  $95.00 (10 ft. x 10 ft. tent space)
*Note:  Indoor and Porch Fee is for one 6 foot x 3 foot table top single space only -  double spaces are not available.
All exhibitors must provide their own tables, chairs, tent with side panels, tie-downs/weights/stakes, display props, etc.
Exhibitors must not spread outside their allotted indoor, porch or tent space area.


NOTE:
THIS IS AN APPLICATION for the JURYING PROCESS.
Each show is JURIED SEPARATELY and DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE INTO THE CURRENT SHOW.

​ACCEPTANCE:
Accepted exhibitors
will be sent a show contract including show conditions and information by FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2018. 
This show contract is to be completed and returned promptly with e-transfer payment by MONDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2018 in order to secure your space.
Failure to submit your show fee by February 12 will result in loss of space - sorry, no exceptions - due to the show's popularity and extensive wait list.
Applicants that are not selected will be placed on the show's wait list.

i)   ALL mandatory fields indicated with an (*) asterisk must be completed, and...
ii)  ALL photos must be 100% uploaded in order for your application to be submitted.
iii) When application has been submitted, the fields will disappear and you will see a confirmation screen.

Submit
