This is an on-line application process and we're looking for the "WOW" factor in all artistic mediums including edibles.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

ELIGIBILITY:
All items offered for sale must be created by the artist, artisan or craftsperson.  Any items derived from kit work, wholesale or commercially purchased/manufactured products or, are in direct conflict with copyright infringement, will not be allowed.  


SELECTION:
APPLICATIONS ARE JURIED and based on the originality, quality and craftmanship of the product you intend to sell.
Applicants who focus on one main product category may receive preference over applicants having multiple product lines.  
Limits are imposed in categories to make for a varied and diverse show.
Accepted exhibitors are required to submit a raffle prize and smaller game prizes to benefit our charity partner in accordance with
The Mother of all Craft Shows' guidelines.

PRESENTATION:
The professionalism and creativity of your booth display is a consideration in our applicant selection and helps to determine booth placement
in the show.


IMPORTANT:

To keep the show fresh and unique, previous participation in any of our WE CREATE Artisan Events (The Mother of all Craft Shows or Mistletoe Magic) does not guarantee acceptance in to the current The Mother of all Craft Shows.
Each show is juried as a new show due to the large number of submissions received.  Indoor and porch spaces are very limited. 

Exhibitors are required to submit items for raffle in accordance with The Mother of all Craft Shows' guidelines.

Note:  Only complete applications, including photo's, will be considered, even if you have participated in our past shows. Please send all info! 

EXHIBITOR FEES:
Indoor - $85.00 - *6 ft table with 1 chair
Porch  - $85.00 - *6 ft. table with 1 chair
Tent    - $90.00 - 10 ft. x 10 ft. space.  Exhibitor must provide their own tent with side panels, tie-downs, tables and chairs, etc.
*Note:  indoor and porch fee is for a supplied 6 foot table space only.  Exhibitor cannot spread outside this allotted area.


NOTE:  THIS IS  ONLY AN APPLICATION for the JURYING PROCESS.  Each show is CURATED SEPARATELY and  DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE INTO THE SHOW.

​Accepted exhibitors will be sent a show contract including show conditions and information by FRIDAY, JANUARY 26, 2018. 
This show contract is to be completed, signed and returned promptly with payment by FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2018 in order to secure your space.
Failure to submit your show fee by February 8 will result in loss of space -- no exceptions -- due to the show's waiting list!

HOW TO APPLY - SUBMISSION DEADLINE - MONDAY, JANUARY 22, 2018

Applicants must submit a minimum of 5 digital images of work, clearly identified with item name, representing a range of current work you would like to sell at the show PLUS 1-2 images of your display set-up.  Photo's to be JPEG/JPG only - 300 dpi, no smaller than 1500 pixels and no larger than 4000 pixels in dimension.
(In other words, please do not send thumbnail photo's nor photo's that are super large!)
Send to motherofallcraftshows@gmail.com by the application deadline - JANUARY 22, 2018  as these are necessary for the jurying process.

TIPS FOR TAKING PHOTO'S OF YOUR WORK (reference Guide Central blog)
*Get the lighting right - try to take pic's during the day in natural light
*Keep the background clear - having a busy background will take focus away from what you are capturing
*Focus - blurred shots will get overlooked
*Don't be afraid to use props - use props to enhance your image
*Reflections - be careful what is reflected when you are taking your photo's
