* ALL mandatory fields indicated with an (*) asterisk must be completed, and...
* ALL photos must be 100% uploaded in order for your application to be submitted!
* CHECK your information. All fields to be filled in with your full and correct information (i.e. name, business name,
  correct contact info, email, full Facebook/Twitter/Instagram URLs, full website URL without spelling errors, etc.)
* When your application has been submitted, the fields will disappear and you will see a confirmation screen. 

1) Again, after clicking the Submit Button below (only hit this button ONCE!) ---> PLEASE BE PATIENT! <----it will take
time for your info and photos to download to us! Do not close this screen until the download is complete and a confirmation page has appeared.

2) If you do not see a confirmation page, check for an error message under the submit button, scroll up to see what info is missing (red box around fields) and check to see if your photos are attached (file name should be listed) and if not, your image is over the max 20MB file size.

    SOCIAL MEDIA & ARTISAN PROMOTION:

    WeCreate artisan events (Artisans at the Ameliasburgh Museum) extensively promotes the event and the artisans involved in the craft show through advertising, promotion and social media campaigns.  It is necessary for all applicants to have at least one social media account for regular self- and cross-promotions of WeCreate artisan events Facebook and Instagram posts within their own creative communities to help raise public awareness and their attendance at the show.

    PLEASE COPY YOUR ACTUAL URLS FROM YOUR SOCIAL SITES AND PASTE THEM BELOW!
    For Example:  https://www.facebook.com/wecreateartisanevents (not just WeCreate artisan events, as these do not link!)
    PHOTOGRAPHS:  
    Quality, creative, high resolution photos are an important part of the application and will be used to promote your designs at the show.
    Please send your best photos!  Photos must be clear, crisp and in focus - PNG or JPG format  (1000px) with a maximum file size 20MB. No thumbnail photos!
    *It is highly recommended that items be photographed individually and as creatively as possible using a consistent background
    without obstructions (please... no tables, chairs, purses, people, etc. in the image).

    To jury your application, we require a submission of:
    *4 images of your work      representing your CURRENT RANGE OF WORK ​that you intend to sell PLUS *1 image of your display set-up.

    Before clicking the SUBMIT BUTTON BELOW - PLEASE NOTE that it will take time for your info and photos to download!
    Only CLICK the SUBMIT Button ONCE ---> and DO NOT CLOSE THIS SCREEN <--- until the download has completed!
    It will appear like the screen is doing nothing, BUT IT IS!  It may take a minute or two to download.
    ​When the download is complete, this screen will disappear and a confirmation page will pop-up saying your application has been received.

    NOTE: if this screen does not disappear and a confirmation page did not pop-up 
    look for an error message under the SUBMIT Button.  If an error message is indicated, scroll up to fill in the missing information (red outline around fields) and/or check to see that your product images have uploaded (file name to the right of the 'Choose File' button) and re-submit.
